We work SO hard to create a space for our community to come and have meetings and run local grassroots projects to have it broken into.
Kelston Community Hub is a not for profit organisation that rely's solely on funding in order to run programs that cater to the need of the Kelston Community. In the last 5 week since the hub has been broken into 5 times. They have gained access 3 times and twice in one week causing damage to 2 double glazed doors, internal door, Garden & tool sheds and smashed china. After sharing our concerns on our Facebook page and Kelston Community Group many have supported the need to have a surveillance system. So with the help and support of past and present Kelstonian & friends we are coming together to raise funds to repair our hub and get camera's installed. "Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much" Every little bit count we appreciate any sort of donation big or small. The Hub - Our Place, Our Gifts, Our Vision, Our People The Kelston Community Hub was the dream of the Kelston Community Trust and a number of local Kelston residents who wanted to see a community facility in Kelston for the residents of Kelston. Council funded the refurbishment of a local home in to what is now known at the Kelston Community Hub which was officially opened November 2012. A place where local families can come together to support each other and also a place for ideas to be nurtured. This is a hub of doing, thinking, and supporting our community. The hub provides rooms for rent during the week and weekends, meeting spaces for organisations and local groups and a healing place for people. The community garden brings people together, both young and old. Local families get to know each other through the play groups, cosy club, cooking sessions and various programmes that are offered. People are the essence of the hub, we are always looking for more volunteers and ideas to develop our community space, so please come on board.

Use of funds
The main goal of any funds raised will be going towards repairs and a surveillance system. Any surplus we will look grassroots programs and projects to support young people in Kelston.
